Plaster : Double coat plaster on outside with water proof paint inside wall single coat (chant marine) mala plaster finished with white wash.
Floor : Marble flooring in entire flat. Kota stone in storeroom, wash.
Kitchen : Mirror polished Granite platform with stainless steel sink. Glaze tiles dado up to lintel level.
Toilet : Ceramic glazed tile floor and dado up to lintel level. Shower points in all bathroom fittings of jaguar or equivalent brand.
Wash : White glaze tiles dedo.
Electrification : Three phase wiring. A/C point in two bedroom, geyser points in all bathrooms. Telephone points in family room and master bedroom. Control panel with ELCB,MCB. Connected copper wiring of standard quality, good quality accessories.
Doors & Windows : Embellished main door with Brass fittings. All other doors with will be flush doors. Doors and windows with wooden shutters and safety grill.
